Yes i have recieved mine.The online support is pathetic.They won't tell you any ETOD.Just expect the delivery guy to randomly knock at your door to deliver the parcel.Prolly in 2 or 3 ish weeks
Go to samsung support and explain them your problem. It is unusual. Maybe you registered your phone a bit late, because it does take some time for the voucher to appear after your device is activated/registered.
