In starting days they didn't provided, later there sales got dropped drastically, that's why now they are offering free service.But now Samsung also going on the same path with different business ideas to scam people.
Same here, my mobile dont have any damage, no scratches mobile looks brand new. I have sent email to Samsung Community, posted comments in other country community but still no response from Samsung.
I already visited the store, they told my mobile is 3 years old so they are not going to replace it for free , If i want to replacement then I need to pay 15 k for screen replacement.
