I am also experimenting. Though I am still in dark mode, keeping all whistles off for as long as possible. Keeping power saver on always. Haven't played any games , just kept it basic.
Galaxy S23 Is overheating and battery draining so fast that I have to charge my phone atleast 6 times in a day. While I am not even playing any games or doing heavy stuff on the phone.
