Go to the rewards section, and then click on more vouchers and look for it. If you don't find it, you should ask samsung support, there seems to be a lot of issues when it comes to entertainer
You should contact entertainer, they may tell you that the code has been redeemed by someone else, and then you should call samsung, and after a couple days, you should have the new code in the voucher section
