It's strange you noticed that we all pre ordered but didn't really read what we wrote. Is it even a person or bot?

Same happened with me , I selected items worth AED 734 but at checkout didn't get any. I think this was samsung's internal problem and customers should not suffer. If the cannot give the items then they should include the evoucher separately.
