try disabling location from UI as well as from google app (press and hold location icon). jsut keep it disabled for a day and then enable it back if needed. I had the similar issue and it fixed for me now. I get about 5hrs of SOT
most note 9 users also have same issue. My note 9 was draining fast for the about 10 days after purchase. Now it has stopped on it's own (don't know how or why) and I get about 5 hours SOT. I guess it's android issue.
I also did a factory reset after latest update but it did not help. will be doing a full charge in switched off mode for 150 mins. this was suggested by customer care. hope that will fix. else will visit service center
