If this is a Samsung official service store you can lodge a complaint via 'proper channel'... I had once updated my ph at a Samsung service centre they didn't charge me a single penny. I just had to request a wifi passcode and that was it.
@Samsung is set to soon provide update for myJio modem 5g activation service.. For now you can try to activate your True 5g sim card via a myJio supported device if you own one... Other wise you have to wait for coming updates...
A phone itself has limited capabilities or specs so to say. If you want a professional experience you should switch to the exclusive cameras out there... And for your question my answer would be 'yep'...
