My phone works super fine.. but now im facing this issue. cudnt pull down notification bar for further settings. It is solved in every reboot and again happens in few hours. Only Wifi to Torch is visible and i have to goto settings to turn Mobile dat...
i solved by restarting.. sometimes for short usage hold any 1 icon and it allows to arrange.. click done and the full menu appears until u close it.. but anyways it continues after few hours.. so irritating!!!
