Hey guys my phone(SAMSUNG M30S)Is not getting charge by its charger and whem it is connected to other chargers it gets charge..and from power bank also the charge is not happening..so any can help wt to do

from 2day my phone get call but i cant hear any thing and from my side also call goes but opposite party cant hear any thing...so plz suggest any solution
