Backup media to sd card. Then backup account details to Google and Samsung. Then reset.Of cause you'll loose some app settings game progresses etc. But it works like new.
I got lags. App crashed. Couldn't even take a call and battery was draining heavily. I rest my device and now no more crashes. All works like a charm.My device is too A50
