Please make office product like Microsoft Soft Excel should able to open multiple files and should be able to open in split window.

Just a workaround:

The app you want to run as a second instance simultaneously, get that app in your "secured folder".

Open first instance normally >
Put that in split mode >
On the other side >
Choose secured folder >
Open second instance of same app.
