They switched from Capacitive button (which allowed this) to Ultrasonic button (which does NOT allow this) for Fold 5.
So, this is not a software thing which can be included with an update. It is a hardware incapibility now.
I am sure , some one from Beta India team will reply below to fetch logs and send it to Samsung (Yes, the same copy paste reply 😀). But let me tell you that's not doing anything.
