In order to solve the issue kindly follow the below:
check for update via :settings>software update>download and install then press on volume down and power buttons for 10 seconds
if the issue still there reset all settings From settings > general management > reset > reset all settings, this will reset the settings and restart the mobile but will not delete any apps , accounts or data, you can back up the settings in order not to lose them
In case the issue persists please visit the nearest Samsung service center
