HI SAMSUNG INDIA TEAM,
 
 Are you guyes making us fool ? Every issue i have given you logs ,screen recording after that you guyes asking for screen recording and Logs again and again.
 
 we are not fool sir .You guyes making your self fool.If you all are unable to fix these kind of issue then please do not promise.
 
 From next time onwards i will take Iphone.
 
 I can not belive samsung as good player in market.Chinese phones are better then samsung they are taking cares of customers .

Kindly share logs just at the time of the issue occurring as without logs issue cannot be analyzed this issue. Please share the complete issue description, please share video/image, logs, and report issues just at the time of occurring with the video.

To attach the log file:- Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Brother if you this kind of issue the i have also same model then why I'm not facing this kind of issue bro if you update your software kindly factory reset 1st this check.

It is not asolution.Can not do factory reset all time.we have all credential in our phone with important data and apps
