QuestionsPlease try this:
Go to PlayStore > Settings > About
You should see the version with manually update option. Click on "Update Play Store". That should update play services as well.
Refer Screenshot.

QuestionsThis is common with beta versions.
I do see issues with few banking applications. For example if I am adding a credit/debit card on Gpay, it says the device is rooted or modified.
I guess this will only get fixed after official stable version update 😕
It was the same with OneUI 4 and 5 Beta. Device certification wasn't passed for Beta version.

QuestionsIt depends on how your work administrator has set up things.
I guess, you have Microsoft 365 Intune configured for work profile. So, it depends on how it is set up on Intune portal for Device Health > Rooted Device > Block/Allow.
I also understand that your office admin will not change the settings for you only. 😕
Waiting for stable update is only option. Or you can opt out of beta as well but that is again a longer process of backing up data and all.
