Delay in incoming calls

On Note 9 beta 4 .

The incoming calls are delayed on display .Only after 3 - 4 rings it shows up on screen . Certain 1 ring missed calls dont show up on call history nor ring.

Anyone facing this issue ?

I am also facing a delay of 3 -4 rings in incoming calls.

and i am seeing after call landed, sometimes when picked up the call, it doesnt get connected, but hangs.

Yes there is a minor amount of delay!
