To attach the log file:- Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.

After the latest software update "secret codes" like IMEI *#06# not working. When I type it in the dialer nothing pops up. I have an S23 Plus (SM-S916B/DS)
Hi I just bought brand new Samsung s23 ultra from amazon when I try to Dail *#06# which is don't work says invalid doesn't see my imei number I have like 4 other Samsung all shows but this Samsung s23 ultra doesn't. Is it chine copy phone? Or costumers return reported lost or stolen and amazon sold me as a new?? Pls anyone tell me why? £1000 phone and this?
