App Not Working After Swoftware Update

I have latest version of software.
I am facing issue in Kotak Cred app after update .

I am helpless and I don't know to solve this type of issue. Samsung m30s is the model.

clear apk cache than restart your device and try!

long press on that app >app info (ibutton) >storage >clear cache and data restart your device then try as fresh

* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.
