The One UI 8 beta (based on Android 16) has been officially released by Samsung in select countries, starting with the Galaxy S25 series (S25, S25+, S25 Ultra). The beta rollout is currently available in the following regions:

🌍 Available Countries: South Korea United States (including unlocked and T-Mobile variants) United Kingdom Germany India Poland

Samsung plans to gradually expand the beta program to more regions and devices, including future foldables like the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7.

📲 How to Join the One UI 8 Beta: Download the Samsung Members app from the Galaxy Store or Play Store. Sign in with your Samsung account. Look for the One UI Beta Program banner (may appear only if you're in an eligible region). Enroll in the program. Go to Settings → Software update → Download and install to get the beta once it's available for your device. ℹ️ Notes: The beta is currently not available for older Galaxy models like the S24 or foldables from previous years. Availability might vary depending on carrier and device model. The firmware builds are being released incrementally—some users are receiving Beta 1, while others already got Beta 2 in places like India.

If you’re not in one of the supported regions, you’ll have to wait for the public release or sideload the beta manually (not recommended for casual users).

It's always good to ask this question without saying what model of Samsung you have. I don't think Singapore has any beta testing regardless of model. There never was such a program as Singapore or Israel are too small for Samsung beta program.

Cheers

Beta program for S25 is ending so even if you were in Germany you couldn't join. In Singapore there are NO beta programs, so if you have Singapore CSC & Sim forget about it as well.
