Hi, I purchased S21 Ultra in Israel from not officially seller and I have the TEL (Australian) firmware, I seen that if I do this change by myself I would get Knox 0x1 tick and I don't want that, so maybe someone knows what should I do or may if I go to officially Samsung store in Israel they would change it without Knox ticking ?

You should visit Suny Cellular Communication store.

If it's the international model then you can change the csc to ILO and then flash ILO firmware (if needed, if you are on the same OXM version like Israel then all is fine).

Csc change or Odin flash don't trip Knox, so you are good to go. You will need specific software for that. I don't know if Suny will change CSC for you, I am quite sure they will NOT but you can try. There is just no reason for them to do it, as then all international model will have all ILO specs including call recording and they want to show only theirs have it.

Backup everything as it may wipe the phone if there are problems. Also some people that changed csc report having connection problems for an unknown reason.

My model is SM-G998B and I tried to install ILO with Odin on the same latest patch, but unfortunately after all region still TEL, I'll appreciate you for help, maybe I did something wrong 😞

Not something wrong. EVERYTHING. Using ODIN does ZERO to csc. You can use it 1000 times and you will always remain with TEL csc forever... I wrote you need to change the CSC first. Then you can use ODIN to flash Israeli firmware if needed to get updates if your firmware is not compatible with the version used in you new CSC.

So first you need to use a csc changer (search for SamFw Tool for instance). If your S21 still has OneUI 5 you can even use the secret code to change csc (but it will wipe the phone). Beware though, some unfortunate people say they have reception problems. So backup everything.

Great. That's the way to go :-). I hope your reception is fine. Some had problem with Sim2 ... I changed my S21 to ILO too but with the built in tool on OneUI 5.0 when it still worked.

Cheers !

It probably will not. I think the people that have real problems are very few and I have no idea even what is the reason for their problems.
