bro dont let battery down towards 20 percent charge it when ever you want . say you can can charge it from 70 percent 50 or even 40 but dont from 20 percent dont let battery die towards 20 charge the phone before it reaches 20 percent . you can charge your phone to 100 percent it is completely safe and it will not harm your battery at all

you are right about charging it from 50 to 90 the shorter the charging period the long battery life you will get but it's not practical for most people.
