פרט בבקשה מה הכוונה לא עובד. לא מזוהה? מזוהה אך אין קליטה ? האם הסימים תקינים ופועלים במכשירים אחרים ? מתי הבעיה צצה (האם לדוגמא קרה נזק למכשיר, סתם כך פתאום?)
SIMs are fine and worked on other phones, I activated the eSIMs and still no service either on physical ones or eSIMs and the problem just happened two days ago and I tried to do anything restart phone, airplane mode, I cleand SIMs, but still no service on it and gives me the symple 🚫
