sir 10 watts out put is not considered as fast charge output. the snap dragon chip is not able to recognize the charger. my opinion is that the wireless charger is not qualcom certified and if it is then it must be qualcom certified 2 which is max 10 watts output. 10 watts for note 9 is normal input . hence the phone will not show fast charging and will charge slowly. note 9 if I am not mistaken gets 15 watt charger. if you use a wireless charger with 15 watts output then only it will show fast charging. with 10 watts the chip is not activating the fast charge facility in the phone .

Bro you are confusing wireless with wired connections. Adaptive Fast charging on the Note 9 is 15w while wireless fast charge is near 9 w.

You are using the charging brick that came with your phone right? Can you send me the wattage details of your charger?

if nothing is working then I an sure the wireless charge which you are using does not support fast charge . they have just mentioned it will support fast charge . take your phone to any Samsung gallery and try and charge the phone their with the original wireless samsung pad . I am sure it will fast charge
