How effective would the Secure Folder be as a sandbox to protect against infosnooping apps (and maybe even malware)?

We are made to believe that it's secured by Knox. Which means that unless you unlocked the secure folder for the malware and the attacker doesn't have your credentials it should be next to impossible to access them.
Here is from AI:
Samsung Secure Folder is a highly effective sandbox for protecting against info-snooping apps and most types of malware.
It provides strong isolation, encryption, and easy management of sensitive apps and data. However, it is not a perfect solution—especially if you use work profiles or grant broad permissions to apps inside the folder. For most users, Secure Folder offers a robust, convenient layer of privacy and security, but it should not be your only line of defense
