Samsung Camera App occupies 11.59 GB of data storage & it's increasing day by day. I tried all the possible ways to clear it but did not succeed. Is there any way to reduce the data storage?

Solution found!

Today, I noticed that the Samsung Camera App had accumulated 15.87 GB of data storage, and I finally discovered a solution to clear it.

Solution: Open Setting > Device Care > Storage > Manage Storage (previously known as Analyse Storage)

On the Manage Storage screen, I saw a few cards in the middle of the screen, and one of them showed that I could "Free up 15+ GB of space by deleting the invisible backups of your pictures and videos."

After cros-checking, I realized that these were the hidden backup files of photos and videos that I had edited, and the system had preserved the original files in the form of invisible backups. I tested by deleting a few files, and then I selected all of them and deleted them, and instantly, the data storage was empty.

Yes, The option to delete the INVISIBLE backup is avaiable for Android 14 and up. Who have this issue must wait for your galaxy to update from android 13 to 14.

This issue will occurred in Samsung UI 5.1 and your phone have not UI6.1 software update.
Because Samsung app Camera, Gallery, Photo Editor stored the orginal of every pictures we edited in every folders (not only DCIM/Camera) so that the user can do the revert to the orginal any times. These storages were counted under the Camera app. If you took photo with the watermark, crop, add text, change brightness , etc, the Samsung will keep the one original picture in their INVISIABLE backup which no utility tool to acccess these storage. You cannot uninstalled the Camera app or clear Data storage of this app. After UI6.1 the user can reclaim these invisible storages and you will not revert to the orginal for the edited pictures. For user with UI 5,  you need to Revert the edited pictures to the Original pictures one by one so that the Camera Data storage will reclaim.
