Some notifications just get stuck in the notification bar. I don't know if it's an issue with the apps or it's a bug in one ui. If someone knows about this please let me know
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
* Check rebooting your device.
If the issue still persists, kindly send system log file using Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member BETA app > BETA feedback > Send feedback > Error report > Collect log files > attach.
