add these features in samsung f23 android14 stable update in gallary and camera

add image clipping and object eraser in gallary and support of enhance x in samsung f23 , add 300x (nightography) in hyperlapse in camera ,add 60fps at 1080p video recording, add artistic portrait effect in portrait mode and in calling add vonr in samsung f23 because other samsung f series phone like f34 and f54 has these features and f23 is also part of f series so add these features in f23 also because its processor support all these features
