FPS matter !

Some apps did not run at max fps. Even the app and the mobile is capable to run at max fps. The game allow 120 fps but often phone didn't run it as game alowence. Like my clash of clans support 120 fps the phone too but phone does not run it in 120 fps. whats this erorr I don't know. Fix it.

Your FPS details are not enough.
Try to get CPU and GPU usage in percentage, if you can't enable "GPU watch" in developer settings. Then check cpu and gpu percentage, if any of them at nearly 100%, 750G is capable of getting that much FPS only otherwise there is issue with the game.

No bro. Anyone of that i.e. cpu or gpu has to be at 95 - 100%. So this means its game problem. Your game doesn't support 120fps its locked at 60fps. I played many games at 120fps, F23 supports it.

If you are sure some other phones run that game at 120fps, then they don't give that option to F23.
Do note that getting in game FPS is hard and only samsung phones have that feature in handy. The fps you say in internet maybe REFRESH RATE instead of in-game FPS. So make sure of that

The game has crearly mentioned that it support 120 fps. And another phone supports max fps. I think that problem probably for beta version in f23

Sometimes F23 also run 120 fps. Only for 1 minute or 2 min. If the game didn't allow 120 fps for f23 then why would It run at 120 fps for that minimum time.
