One UI samsung interface glitch (UI stops working)

To Samung Team,

This had been twice that I had to reset my phone.

Please don't ask for a log file because we're unable to obtain it and this is noticed by a plenty of members under beta program I noticed.

The UI of this deice stops working. Here are my observations.

1. The Home screen stays intact and the app present on the homescreen can be opened.

2. Able to access task amanger via gesture (swipe) but phone is unable to shut any application.

3. The issue remains with samsung apps. Eg. When opening setting, we're unable to scroll nor search when this issue occurs.

4. After trying to overload the interface and for getting the ONE UI not working message a. We don't get the message

b. System would reset on it's own and still the problem would persist.

5. Rebooting the phone doesn't help either, as once its back working again. The issue remains.

6. This seems to be an issue for this version only.
