Not getting any updates since october 2023 using s23 plus

This beta version of yours is pathetic no actual information provided to customer. 

I am not getting any updates on my phone since october 2023. The phone is still working on beta version not sure when will the actual version come for my device. Customer support have no clue on whats happening.

I regret buying this device atleast your Chinese counter part are providing timely updates and your shittt beta version is **bleep**.
