No Smart View or screen cast working

Smart View or screen casting to smart tv or other devices does not work. The phone cannot detect the other devices even when they are on the same network. 

I have posted a beta feedback. You may check at your end and submit the error report.

Chromecast works from the apps like YouTube. Smart View does not work with Chromecast devices. It works only with Miracast devices.

I mean when I try connecting it to my Windows laptop, it connects. That means Miracast is working. But when I try casting to Android phones or android smart TV's, it does not work. Cannot detect devices.
