In the Samsung Members app, I can switch between the Beta Community and Members Community. I'm getting notifications from both, but I can't open the Members Community activity page. The Beta Community works fine and allows me to reply as usual.

The path to report error is as below:
Open Samsung Members -> Click on beta banner -> Switch to beta mode-> Beta feedback -> Send feedback -> Error report.
