No stabilization in Snapchat since launch of S24 Ultra

Issue Description:
Since upgrading to the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, I have encountered significant issues with camera stabilization while using Snapchat. On my previous device, the Galaxy S22 Ultra, Snapchat's camera performed flawlessly, with stabilization working seamlessly in all modes. However, on the S24 Ultra, the stabilization functionality appears to be broken under normal use.

The only workaround currently available is enabling "Director Mode" within Snapchat, which activates stabilization. While this offers a temporary solution, it is inconvenient and detracts from the overall user experience.

Attempts to Resolve the Issue:

1. Software Updates:

I have ensured that both Snapchat and my device are running the latest available updates. Despite multiple updates to Snapchat and One UI, the issue remains unresolved.



2. One UI 7 Beta:

I am currently using the One UI 7 Beta firmware, hoping for improvements or fixes. Unfortunately, the problem persists, indicating that it is not addressed in the beta version either.



3. Reports Submitted via Samsung Members:

I have reported this issue multiple times through the Samsung Members app. However, there has been no acknowledgment or resolution so far. It feels as though my reports may not be reaching the appropriate teams due to potential filtering by automated systems.

This issue significantly affects my ability to use Snapchat on the S24 Ultra. Snapchat is a key application for many users, and stabilization is critical for creating high-quality videos. Having to activate Director Mode every time I want a stabilized video is not practical and hinders the premium experience expected from both the Galaxy S24 Ultra and Snapchat.

I urge Samsung and Snapchat to collaborate and address this issue as soon as possible. Specifically:
