The home screen's quick panel is malfunctioning.

I encountered the same quick panel issue with the previous One UI Beta 1 sideload, and this persists after updating to the official Beta 2 via the Members app. Specifically, the quick panel functions correctly within apps, but only the notification panel opens from the home screen, regardless of swipe direction.

Quick panel works by pulling down from the right corner top from battery % indicator.
