I don't know if it's the app in itself or if the beta version has made it worse but a lot of times the keyboard fails to load or there is just a black box which is blank. I have to restart the app in order to use the keyboard

This happened with a lot of apps of mine too , I reset Settings of my phone and now everything works fine.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.

 

If the issue still persists, kindly send system log file using Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member BETA app > BETA feedback > Send feedback > Error report > Collect log files > attach.
