If I downgrade Beta to stable version, reset is necessary after installation? Because I have almost 200Gb of Data in my mobile.

You can take backup of your mobile using smart switch for PC.

Anyhow, for downgrading also you can use Smart Switch.

I had to opt out of Beta (downgrade) due to some other reason.

Don't Factory Reset Phone.
Do Factory Reset after Stable one ui 5 Update.
Transfer Some Data to Removable Drive for Clean space.
