Clearing Cashe master menu

Good day , 2 days ago my Samsung S20 Plus updated to One UI 3. I was told that the cashe must be cleared. I usually do this weekly by means of holding power and volume up key until it starts and then release. Then you get into the recovery mode. Since the update I cant do this at all.  Is there something different how it must be done now , or am I missing something ?

there is a workaround to do. before switching off the phone, connect AKG earphone provided with the box. then switch off. Now try pressing power button & volume up button simultaneously till the Android Icon appears. There you can clear cache. also at the bottom of the list you also can optimize all apps. TRY and let me know .
