I am not able to see or rply a post in samsung member app. What could be the issue? S10 lite got stable oneui 3.0. When will our note 10 plus get it?

Hello,

Follow the below step;

Go to setting > App > Samsung Member > Storage > Clear Cache

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.

 

If the issue still persists, kindly send system log file using Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member BETA app > BETA feedback > Send feedback > Error report > Collect log files > attach.
