Cannot see active app in background in recent app

Hey Samsung i cannot see the "active apps in background" in recent apps upper left corner that other people can on beta 4....attaching recent screenshot for reference 

Inside this screenshot u can see Twitter app in which one of s22u user has tweeted that active recent app dialogue available for him...but for me it is not showing up

Once u have any app running in background it shows that there are some apps running in background and u can stop them ..it's Android 13 feature which usually found in status bar but in one ui it has been moved to recents....i got it...it shows up only when something is running in background

Update or download any app in playstore and check recents it shows that playstore is running in background
