Please check if you location id having 5g with your network provider..it have nothing to do with software update.

Than talk to ur operator..I am getting 5G in Mumbai and using also..with beta 3 , and 4..both checked..I am using Airtel.

Go to settings-Connections- network and check if 5g/4g/3g/2g auto select is selected.

Thank you for your suggestion, have done all this already.
Writing only after all checks + Service center visit and vist to operator.
There are some software related issue.
