Call on galaxy watch not disconnecting

After calls ended on phone. Samsung phone app on watch keep showing calls connected had to manually disconnect pressing hangup button. Please suggest.

Yes, not only watch, even any ear phone connected was not working. We have to turn off Bluetooth and turn on again in order to work
