Device(s) Involved:
Smartphone: Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra
Wearable: Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro
Audio Device: Oppo Enco Air3 Pro (TWS earbuds)
Car System: Android Auto (wireless)
Issue Description:
There are two major Bluetooth-related issues when using the Galaxy S25 Ultra with Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, Android Auto, and Oppo TWS together:
1. Call Handling Bug:
When both the Galaxy Watch and Android Auto are connected via Bluetooth:
- If a call is answered using the phone, both the Watch and Android Auto continue to ring.
- Even after the call is disconnected, the ringing doesn’t stop on the Watch and Android Auto.
- Android Auto does not show any option to disconnect the ringing.
- For Watch the only workaround is to manually end the call from the Watch.
- This behavior causes rapid battery drain on the Watch due to continuous ringing.
2. Audio Quality Issue with Oppo Enco Air3 Pro:
When the Oppo TWS is connected:
- Sound quality is poor, especially the bass is missing and audio feels distorted.
- Sometimes, disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth temporarily resolves the issue.
Troubleshooting Done:
- Disconnected and reconnected all Bluetooth devices.
- Removed and re-paired devices.
Expected Behavior:
- After answering a call from the phone, all other connected devices should stop ringing.
- TWS audio should maintain high-quality sound, especially during music playback or calls.
Request:
Please investigate the Bluetooth handling and audio routing behavior across Galaxy S25 Ultra, Android Auto, Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, and third-party TWS devices. These issues affect real-world usability and battery performance.
