I’m disappointed with the repeated canned responses I receive from Samsung India's support staff. My concern regarding the lack of AOD content shifting, which can lead to screen retention or AMOLED burn-in, has been misunderstood or ignored. Despite multiple reports, the assigned engineer continues to send the same irrelevant instructions — not addressing the actual issue. I respectfully urge Samsung to improve the quality of your technical support and engineering response teams. Users reporting valid concerns, especially those that may impact long-term hardware health, deserve a knowledgeable and precise response — not automated or copied replies. Please escalate such cases to teams that can thoroughly understand user concerns and act accordingly. Thank you for your attention.
