Beta Error

Even though i have the latest official update of Android 14 then also i am recieving that i am using Beta version pop up whenever i am restarting the device and others have already received the their December update in their s22 series, still there's no update or resolution for this.

Any Suggestion!

As per your concern, we want to inform you that stable One UI 6 already has been released for the Galaxy S22 series kindly wait for it you will get it soon.

If you are facing any issues, kindly share the log file. Without a log file we cannot analyze this issue, Also share video clips and images for better understanding and report this issue with the log file. This will help us to further investigate and resolve this issue.

To attach the log file: Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

@Samsung Team, today I went to Samsung service centre and they tried to upgrade my phone to Factory OS but failed and told me that due to this Beta upgrade my mobile's PCB OS got corrupted and I will not receive anymore update. Due to your tester beta version now I have been told to pay 25K to 30K to replace PCB to get it fixed else I will not receive anymore OS upgrade and it's been only 14 months that I have bought my Samsung S22 plus mobile.

Now if the mobile warranty goes out of warranty and if we upgrade to Beta Version that who will take the responsibility?
