Cut, copy and paste reply of Samsung executives

Dear friends,

Please see the attached image reg error reported by me on 14th Oct during 1st beta update. The bug report I had attached had 4 videos and I had ensured that bug report is sent fully and I didnt leave the app before sending the report.

This is how the Beta team is replying to the error report and that too after Beta 3 has arrived.. so late and still of no use.

Requesting all to give befitting reply to such cut copy paste replies received from Samsung beta team.

This beta team is incompetent people wasting our time. They operate like chatbots. They don't read any messages and give a AI based reply to all. So participation in beta schemes is useless so is the case normally too. Just hang on and wait for the final version.

They are observing problems, next update they will fix camera issues they have no time to reply everyone instead of that automated replies will come.
