The battery life is still bad. At One UI 5.1, I've seen some apps, draining only 8-9% per hour, but the same apps are now draining 12-14% battery, so it seems like a 33% drop in battery life. Even with mobile data turned off, the battery drops 1% everytime I unlock my phone to check for notifications. This needs to be solved seriously as the phone is capable of lasting more than a day. Nowadays, it struggles even to last a single day. This problem is not only for me, but also for many. You can easily find out many S23 Ultra battery drain issue forums once you google it. This issue has got much popularity and people started to say, "Samsung phones have bad battery life". This needs to change. Kindly work on better battery life for S23 Ultra. This should be the primary focus on your next update along with solving other bugs.
