Apparently after updating my phone to the latest OneUI 6.0 Beta 3, the overheating issue is quite significant and noticeable. Even after applying a sturdy back cover on my S22 Ultra, I can feel the warmth of it. Please get it fixed in your next beta or stable update. Also, I imagine the battery draining is faster than normal. It's one of the issue that Samsung needs to address asap.

To attach the log file: Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report.
