Voice recognition issue

Hi guys,

I have a problem with Bixby... it's mistaking my voice for other people's voices.

When someone says "Hey Bixby," my device responds... even though I've trained it to use my voice a lot.

Any suggestions??

You may need to remove all the data then record it again, Also make sure that your voice is clear and there is no noise from the outside.
