Wifi 5 Ghz Network

Hi,

I have a new Galaxy s24 Ultra, and there are problems when connecting to wifi 5 Ghz network, it shows that it is connected but a lot of apps does not work while connecting to a 5 Ghz wifi network, please can you advice on this issue ?

hi there try to format your new S 24 ultra and after that try to update to the last software 6.1 OneUi , you will see the problems it's fixed , thank you dear !

please try another network and check for update via :settings>software update>download and install

and  press and hole on volume down and power buttons for 10 seconds
