S21 ultra finger print sensor/face scanner

Is it just me ? this S21 ultra is so bad in recognizing my finger print/ face detection .

i didnot add any screen protector rather than the one that had already been on the screen by samsung.

multiple tries and struggling just to unlock my device ! the one who was supposed to be the ultimate product by the company!

Am so disappointed .😕

There are several educational videos on YouTube that help you to set up the fingerprint acceleration from inside the device and without applications

i've tried alot of them .. sometimes it works very smoothly but most of the time it doesn't .
besides ..when i do facerecog. and the screen shows the UNLOCK icon it doesn't open instantly, i still need to swipe upwards

You can cancel pulling the screen from the settings

Uncheck the biometrics preferences in Settings

well it is indeed , i have the ultra and it is quite amazing ,i had the trouble that i talked about and that was pretty much it , no other complains
every thing else was 👍
